This compact chess set is the combination of our

• French Staunton style rosewood and boxwood chess pieces with 3" king
• 15.75" walnut/maple chess board with a thin frame

Our smaller size chess pieces are double weighted and have felted bases. A nicely finished, framed walnut and maple chess board provides a good looking, complementary playing surface.
