In the French Staunton style, we proudly offer this double-weighted chess set constructed from rosewood and boxwood.
This set exhibits great detail and depth of color, as is traditionally expected of high quality rosewood chess carvings from the Indian masters!
The pieces have broad felted bases (the base of the king is 1.7 inches in diameter) and exhibit aesthetically pleasing proportions and fine craftsmanship.
