This is the smaller version of our 3.75 inch rosewood set.
These rosewood and boxwood classic style chess pieces are a real delight to behold.
They are double weighted, with broad felted bases and display great detailing, especially in the mane and head of the knights and the crown on the kings.
The rosewood pieces have a natural deep red/brown sheen with a dark striped grain.
Being nicely balanced in the hand, and with a smooth finish, handling this set is a pleasure!
