This is a substantial chess chest, which includes our good quality
sheesham/boxwood French Staunton chess pieces (3.75" king)
The chess pieces are nicely balanced, double weighted with felted bases.
The chest has a nice double brass clasp closure and brass hinges. Inside, the pieces are protected and held in place by padded, custom sized cut-outs.

Great for situations where frequent transportation is required. Keeping the chess board and pieces together is a neat solution that makes it less likely that pieces will get damaged and/or lost!
