This is a double-weighted, New Classic Staunton style chess set in rosewood and boxwood.
The pieces have felted bases and this great-looking, elegant, high quality set comes complete with French style, chevalier knights.

This is a relatively large but slender chess set with unusually designed knights!
As usual, rosewood adds a touch of class over the equivalent sheesham pieces, providing deeply colored and interestingly patterned dark pieces.
Suitable boards are around 18 inches in size.
